We strengthen ties with academia to drive education and employment

As part of our commitment to developing local talent and strengthening the connection between academia and industry, we held a meeting with the Interamerican University of Panama (UNIBERO), focused on building a collaborative agenda.

During the meeting, our Communications Manager, Carlos Somoza, spoke with university representatives about initiatives aimed at strengthening academic training and creating real opportunities for students. Key topics discussed included job placement programs, applied research, and specialized training, aligned with labor market needs and the growth of the country’s western region.

This engagement represents an important step toward integrating academic knowledge with the dynamics of the productive sector, promoting more relevant education and greater opportunities for new generations.
