Puerto Barú in David has commitment to the citizens of Chiriquí that employment will be more than 90%, composed of Chiriquí professionals.

Once the Project completes the permitting process and all the requirements as dictated by Panamanian Law are met, we will open a recruitment portal through this website where all direct employment vacancies for both construction and the administrative team of the Port will be available. Through the web-portal, you will be able to find out about open positions, and apply transparently by sending your resume, and additional requirements in the cases of regulated professions.

Similarly, in the second half of the year 2023, physical offices will be set up in the Township of Chiriquí for the presentation of resumes to human resources personnel, and any inquiries related to available jobs.
