We are pleased to announce that our Nuevas Rutas Foundation of Puerto Bar\u00fa in David has entered into a strategic partnership with Greatness Center that will mark a turning point in education in the region: the implementation of the \u201cLeader in Me\u00ae\u201d program in a school in Chiriqu\u00ed. This initiative will impact more than 400 members of our educational community, including 269 students, teachers, administrative staff, and parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Developed in collaboration with FranklinCovey Education, \u201cLeader in Me\u00ae\u201d integrates values-based leadership skills into the school curriculum, promoting self-directed learning, critical thinking, and personal responsibility. We strongly identify with its core premise: every student possesses unique talents and the potential to become an agent of change in their community. With a duration of three years (2026\u20132028), we will support the entire educational community through teacher and administrative staff training, coaching sessions, parent workshops, and access to specialized educational tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this partnership, we aim to empower students, cultivate leadership, and invest in their growth, because we are convinced that they are the future of the country,\u201d said our President, M\u00f3nica Suero. In the same vein, our Director, Ismael Gonz\u00e1lez, emphasized: \u201cThis alliance reflects our commitment to the social development of the region. We seek to create real opportunities for the youth of Chiriqu\u00ed and support them in building their future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this initiative, we join a network that already includes 84 schools nationwide, benefiting more than 30,000 students through the Leader Schools model. We reaffirm our vision of building stronger communities from within, preparing the next generations of Chiriqu\u00ed with the key skills required for the 21st century.<\/p>\n\n\n
